You can view your Goated transaction history at Profile icon > Transactions.
It can be frustrating when you make a crypto deposit and it does not show up in your Goated account straight away. But don't fret, there are a few reasons for why this could happen:
Delayed Deposits: There is a potential delay in the network itself;
Transaction Fee: If the transaction fee is not paid or too low, the network can take longer to confirm and process the deposit;
Wrong wallet address: You may have provided the wrong wallet address or it may not be able to be processed by the recipient wallet. Please ensure you double check wallet addresses as they cannot be retrieved.
