You can claim these by opening a customer support ticket and clicking Bonuses > VIP Reloads.
Important Note: VIP Reloads are available to claim starting from Sapphire level and can be claimed daily for 7 days. As an Emerald or Diamond VIP, you’re eligible for either a daily or single reload. Please note that if a reload is missed, it will be considered expired - so be sure to log in and claim it on time!
